We have a commitment to improving the general welfare of staff through training and development, encouraging health and wellbeing and also increasing awareness of individual environmental impact.
All staff are given the opportunity to further their education and undertake study or training in all areas, and not necessarily related to work. We also provide regular training for leadership and communication in the work place for all staff.
Health and wellbeing is actively promoted through several initiatives including ergonomic assessments, encouraging walking and cycling to and from work instead of driving, healthy eating and weight management.
Part of our sustainability guidelines is to create awareness amongst staff. Staff are involved in creating sustainability initiatives, and are given regular updates on progress.
