2026 Board Nominations
The Nomination Committee of First Credit Union is calling for nominations to the Board of Directors.
Malcolm Blair is retiring at this election. Two directors are required for a three- year term. Current directors, Judith Taane and Simon Thomas, both being eligible, intend to stand for re-election.
Nominations are open from Monday 13 July and close at 4.30pm Friday 7 August 2026. A copy of our 2026 Director Elections Handbook can be found here. Eligible candidates will be advised by the Returning Officer no later than Friday 11 September 2026. Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting on 28 October 2026, at 12pm at 111 Collingwood Street, Hamilton.
