Change to Debit Card Provider

First Credit Union has changed card providers, which means we are going through the process of replacing debit cards in June 2024.

Important:

• Old First Credit Union Debit Cards will stop working on 30 June 2024- even if the expiry date is months/ years away.
• When you receive your new debit card you will need to PIN the card via First Credit Union's Internet Banking or Mobile Banking App. PIN selection is not available at our branches.
• To activate your card, perform a PIN-based transaction in person, such as an EFTPOS purchase, ATM balance inquiry, or ATM withdrawal.
