Beware of Phone Scams

***We will never ask you for your Internet Banking passwords or ask you to download any remote access software***

Recently there has been an increase in fraudsters posing as fraud teams from various banks in an attempt to get your information and gain access to your bank account.

 The caller will advise that there have been unusual transactions on your card or accounts, there have been attempts to hack your account or that they are investigating fraud from another bank and advise that your account has been used in some way. They will often request you download remote access software, so they can gain full control of your device, log in to online banking and transfer funds.
