Stay in control of your money no matter where you are with the First Credit Union Mobile Banking App. Our easy-to-follow guide walks you through everything you need to know to get started and make the most of mobile banking on your smartphone. From logging in and checking your balances to transferring funds and paying bills, we break down each step into simple, practical instructions so you can bank with confidence on the go.

    • Step 1: Go to Pay and Transfer, then select Pay a Person or Bill.
    • Step 2: Choose the account you want to pay from.
    • Step 3: Choose who you want to pay. You can either select a saved payee or enter a new payee by adding a bank account number and account name.
    • Step 4: Enter the payment amount, select the payment start date, and choose how often the payment will be made from the payment frequency dropdown.It’s optional to set a payment end date.
    • Step 5: Add the particulars and reference, then review all payment details. Select Confirm to complete the automatic payment setup.

    • Step 1: Go to Pay and Transfer, then select Upcoming Payments.
    • Step 2: Select the automatic payment you want to adjust.
    • Step 3: Make your changes. You can:
      • Skip a payment
      • Change the payment amount
      • Change the payment frequency
      • Update the payment end date
    • Step 4: Select Save to confirm your changes.

    • Step 1: Go to Services, then select Manage Cards. Choose the card you would like to block temporarily.
    •  Step 2: Select Temporary Block Card, then choose Block Card to confirm. Your card is now temporarily blocked and cannot be used while the block is active.
    • Step 3: To unblock your card, select Block Card again to remove the block.

    Use this option if your card is misplaced and you may find it later. A temporary block can be removed at any time. Please note: Payments will still be processed for existing subscriptions where your card details are already saved.

    • Step 1: Go to Services, then select Manage Cards. Choose the card you would like to stop.
    •  Step 2: Select Stop and Cancel Card. Use this option if your card is lost, stolen, or damaged. Note: This action is permanent and the card cannot be reactivated.
    • Step 3: Choose a card stop reason from the dropdown. Select Stop Card to confirm.

    • Step 1: Go to Pay and Transfer, then select Upcoming Payments.
    • Step 2: Select the automatic payment you want to cancel.
    •  Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Permanently Cancel Payment.
    • Step 4: Select Proceed to confirm the cancellation.

     Note: Once cancelled, the payment cannot be restarted and would need to be set up again.

    • Step 1: Go to Services, then select Manage Cards. Choose the card you would like to adjust.
    • Step 2: Under Contactless, switch the setting on or off to enable or disable contactless payments for your card.

    Contactless payments include PayWave and Google Pay, allowing you to tap your card or phone to pay.

    • Step 1: Go to Services, then select Manage Cards. Choose the card you would like to PIN.
    • Step 2: Select PIN Card and set up your 4-digit PIN. Enter the PIN again to confirm.
    • Final Step: Activate your card by making a transaction at an ATM or EFTPOS terminal and entering your PIN. Ensure you have sufficient funds before activating.

    • Step 1: From your Accounts overview, select the account you want to update.
    • Step 2: Navigate to the Details section and click on the Account Name field.
    • Step 3: Type in your preferred Account Name and then select Rename

    • Step 1: Go to Pay and Transfer, then select Transfer Funds.
    • Step 2: Choose the account you want to transfer from. Choose the account you want to transfer to.
    • Step 3: Enter the transfer amount. Choose whether this is a one-off transfer or set it to repeat. It’s optional to add a description for your records.
    • Step 4: Select Transfer, then confirm the payment.

    • Step 1: Go to Services, then select Manage Cards. 
    • Step 2: Choose the card you would like to adjust. 
    • Step 3: Under Online Shopping, switch off the e-commerce function to prevent your card from being used for online purchases.

    E-commerce, also known as online shopping, allows your card to be used for purchases made on websites and apps. Please note: Payments will still be processed for existing subscriptions where your card details are already saved.
